Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
2 cups pumpkin
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 pie crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Press pie crust into pie pan
  3. Mix all the ingredients well; pour into pie crust
  4. Bake for 15 minutes; reduce oven to 350 degrees and cook for another 35-40 minutes
