Fruit Kebabs and Cream Cheese Dip


These simple fruit kebabs are a perfect summer snack. Whether you want them to graze on before your Fourth of July dinner or as part of the meal, they are a must have this year. 


These are an easy thing to put together. The Angel Food Cake can be purchased at the store or you can make it at home. I chose to make from a box mix because I wanted it to be gluten free. 


Cream Cheese Dip
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar. Slowly add the heavy whipping cream and beat until combined. 
  2. If you want a thinner dip, add more whipping cream until it reaches your desired consistency.
